Website and E-news Banners

  • Files must be supplied in JPG or GIF format.
  • No flash files will be accepted at this time.
  • Advertising for half-banner placement on the Home, Member Center, Events, Blogs and Films pages: 234 pixels by 60 pixels
  • Advertising for full-banner placement on the Newsroom/News page, Film Database page and e-Newsletter: 468 pixels by 60 pixels

The Big Frame Directory Advertising
Space reservations close February 29. Ad files due March 16.
The GSCA annual directory is produced in a Mac-based prepress production environment. The following is a list of specifications to insure that ad material will reproduce accurately. All colors must be specified as process colors. Process colors are not guaranteed to match pantone spot color inks. A PDF proof of the ad must be sent to kelly@giantscreencinema.com. (Please send only ad proofs to this address. Please do not send the ad files to Kelly’s address.)

To send GSCA Directory ad files electronically:
Web address: insite.bolgerinc.com (make sure there is no www. or http//: in front of the address when you enter it)
User name: bigframe
Password: Graph1cs (please use a numeral one, not the letter “i”, in Graph1cs)
Select the 2012 Big Frame Directory, select “Upload file” tab and follow upload prompts.
Note: Please stuff the files.

Conference and Film Expo Program Advertising
Film Expo space reservations close February 10. Ad files due February 17.
Conference Program space reservations close July 11. Ad files due July 25.
  • High resolution (300 dpi) PDF files are preferred. Please include bleeds (if applicable) and crop marks. Save PDF with fonts converted to outlines, or include fonts with the file.
  • Adobe InDesign CS (or higher) formatted files are also allowable but must include all printer, screen fonts, and artwork files. Accompanying digital support files must be at least 300 dpi and should be in a .tiff or .eps format.
  • All colors must be specified as process colors. Process colors are not guaranteed to match pantone spot color inks. Files will be accepted on CD-ROM or electronically. A PDF proof is to be provided with each and sent to kellygermain@giantscreencinema.com
