GSCA Achievement Awards Evening
Sold—Thank you, Technicolor
It’s the biggest night for Giant Screens! On the first night of the conference we recognize the “best of the best” in our industry with the GSCA Achievement Awards. This year’s event will start with the presentation ceremony, followed by a reception at the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum. Sponsors of this evening get high-profile recognition before, during and after the actual event. Banners, a special program, your logo on the podium and the opportunity to speak to all delegates are just a few of the great benefits of sponsoring this evening.
It will be a long day at the theater on Wednesday, the second day of the conference, and delegates will be hungry for a Texas-sized lunch at midday. We know from past experience that meals are important to this group, and we will work with you to design a lunchtime event they’ll be talking about, in a good way, for years!
Trade Show Brunch
Greet your colleagues with a great brunch at the trade show on day three of the conference. This group travels on its stomach, and they don’t miss a meal. As a bonus, we will be featuring a “Rise and Shine Raffle” at the start of the trade show. Great giveaways, including the latest “have-to-have gadget—an iPad—will have your target audience up and at ‘em. We can theme the buffet table to align with your vision and cook up some signature dishes to reflect your product’s theme. Use this opportunity to meet and greet your customers personally.
This 5 x 7 inch program is packed with film distributor contacts, film descriptions, vendors, and suppliers. If it’s going on at the conference, this is where you will find it. Delegates refer to the program many times each day of the conference, and each time they open it, they’ll see your logo on every page. Plus, you get a full-page advertisement. Conference survey results tell us delegates use this booklet for up to a year after the conference.
Conference Program Advertising
The Conference Program is the ultimate guide to the conference. Delegates refer to it repeatedly during the conference and for years after. Get your advertising message in the hands of the industry’s movers and shakers.Pricing available here: Conference program advertising
This is one of the most anticipated events of the conference and should be one of the most highly attended. Digital is the industry’s hottest topic, and plans are in the works for a comparison of different digital projection systems on the giant screen. You’ll have the opportunity to address the group and get your message to this captive and highly motivated audience.
First-Timer and New Members’ Reception
One strength of our industry is that it’s very tight-knit, but being a first-timer can be a bit overwhelming. The First-Timer and New Members’ Reception allows newbies to meet and mingle with their mentors, as well as GSCA Board Members and staff, as part of the GSCA Mentor Program. This event is one that is always well attended and rated extremely useful by attendees. Career-long business relationships are forged during this reception, and you’ll have a hand in developing those relationships as the event sponsor. You’ll have the opportunity to address the group during the reception and you’ll receive a list of the first-time attendees prior to the event.

The GSCA Delegate Bag is a smart investment. Delegates use them throughout the conference and for many years to come. Work with GSCA to brand your company on the biggest take-home item of the conference.

Tag your product and company name to Giant Screen luggage from all over the world. Luggage tags are a smart investment because they are used long-term.
Checking email on the go is popular with delegates, and we’ll set up two email stations for delegates to use in a high-traffic area near the registration and information desk. This is a three-day opportunity. We will feature your name and logo on the screensaver and offer you the opportunity to leave your product information at each terminal.
Hotel Key Card
It’s the most important key delegates carry during the conference. Get your logo and message in everyone’s hand. Printing available on both sides of the key card.
The delegate list is one of the first items delegates ask for when they arrive at the conference. They turn to it over and over again, not only during the conference but afterwards as well. Your logo appears on the cover and each page.

Eventually, every single attendee ends up at the registration and information desk during the conference. It’s the conference gathering place.
