• Film Award submissions due June 1
• New films must be submitted by June 8
• Films in production, projects in development, and trailers must be submitted by June 22
• Marketing and education award submissions due July 13
• Outstanding Achievement Award nominations due July 13
• Conference program advertising space closes July 16
• Early registration ends July 20
• Conference program advertising art due July 30
