The IMAX Theatre Sydney recently surveyed teachers using a mix of customer satisfaction and general feedback, with some specific questions probing what it was about IMAX that sets it apart from other educational experiences—and how specifically the Theatre in Sydney compares to other excursion venues. I use the survey partly as an exercise to show teachers that we actually want to receive their feedback and demonstrate that we do respond to comments by making changes or improvements where necessary.
