The Perot Museum is seeking a skilled ticketing professional with experience in a high-volume ticketing operation.
The Guest Services Manager-Ticketing sets the tone for the team with a
positive, can-do attitude, supporting and empowering staff to create
exceptional guest experiences by demonstrating proactive leadership. We
seek to improve efficiency, training and the overall guest experience.
This is a public-facing role that works closely with the Director of
Guest Services to operate the museum in a safe, efficient, and friendly
manner, while modeling professionalism in speech, dress, and actions.
Additionally, the Guest Services Manager is responsible for acting as
the Manager on Duty (MOD) to manage the daily operation of the museum.
Assigned on a rotating basis, the MOD ensures a seamless Guest
experience in all aspects of the museum by checking quality control of
all public areas of the museum; including outdoor & inside
cleanliness; Theater, Museum Shop, & Cafe readiness; and the
presence & accuracy of all museum signage.
This is a full-time hourly position with benefits.
