April 18, 2008--In celebration of Earth Day next week MacGillivray Freeman Films is proud to announce some exciting PR and marketing events in support of their newest release Grand Canyon Adventure: River at Risk 3D. These events will promote the film and its message of water conservation to more than 20 million people.
Events include a full-page color ad promoting Grand Canyon Adventure in Time magazine’s Environment and Conservation Issue (on stands April 18). The magazine’s circulation is 3.35 million but readership is 20.9 million.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will appear on the national television program CBS News Sunday Morning on April 20 to discuss global water issues and Grand Canyon Adventure. The show is watched by 5.2 million people
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will be interviewed on the nationally syndicated Peter Greenberg Worldwide radio show on April 19. Peter Greenberg is the travel correspondent for NBC’s Today Show and will be talking to RFK Jr. about his Grand Canyon trip for the film.
