The dress code for the conference is business casual, though we suggest semi-formal for the Achievement Awards. Wear comfortable shoes. You will be doing a lot of walking between venues and meeting rooms during the conference. And the meeting rooms and theater tend to be a bit cool, so bring a sweater or jacket to those venues.
Attendees Who Need to Apply for Canada ETA
Residents of some countries need to apply for Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to enter Canada for the conference in Victoria and Vancouver. You'll find the list of countries and the application information here.

If you are taking the GSCA transportation and staying at the Georgian Court Hotel in Vancouver, you can leave your luggage on the bus when we arrive at Science World and it will be taken directly to the hotel and available to you when you check in at the hotel. Please make sure your luggage is clearly labeled with your name.
If you are staying elsewhere, or are departing directly from Science World, there will be a place to store your luggage at Science World.
If you are not sure if you are registered for Dome Day transportation, or would like to register now, please contact Tammy Seldon at firstname.lastname@example.org
