D-Day 3D: Normandy 1944

When visiting Normandy nowadays, it's hard to imagine how these wonderful beaches running along the quiet countryside became, 70 years ago, hell on earth.

D-Day itself is a well-known event, yet only a few people know exactly why and how, from the end of 1943 until August 1944, this region in Western Europe became the most important place in the world.
