Webinar: Theater Disinfection Products and Technologies for COVID and Beyond

On Wednesday, February 24, at 2:00 pm ET, GSCA is hosting a webinar on products and technologies that are being used in interior spaces to effectively disinfect the air and surfaces.  Click here for further information and registration

Shuttered Venue Operators Grant Program

The US Small Business Administration Office of Disaster Assistance is administering the Shuttered Venue Operators (SVO) Grant Program. Eligible entities include relevant museum operators, zoos, aquariums, and motion picture theater operators who meet specific criteria.

The program was established by the Economic Aid to Hard-Hit Small Businesses, Nonprofits, and Venues Act, signed into law on December 27, 2020. The program includes $15 billion in grants to shuttered venues, to be administered by the SBA’s Office of Disaster Assistance.

Eligible applicants may qualify for SVO Grants equal to 45% of their gross earned revenue, with the maximum amount available for a single grant award of $10 million. $2 billion is reserved for eligible applications with up to 50 full-time employees.

Click here for more information about the program
