July 24, 2023—Cosm today announced its partnership with Planetary Collective, the creators of award-winning space films Overview and Planetary. They will release Orbital, a new space exploration “Shared Reality” experience driven by Cosm’s state-of-the-art CX System that seamlessly bridges the virtual and physical worlds. This production will additionally be distributed across Cosm’s global network of planetariums as part of its Fulldome Premium Media Program.
May 26, 2023—Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group and Cosm, a leading immersive technology, media, and entertainment company, today announced a partnership to deliver a completely new way to experience Cirque du Soleil. Under the partnership, Cosm will produce and present an iconic Cirque du Soleil show at its forthcoming venues, the first of which will open in Los Angeles in spring 2024 and showcase a 26.6-meter diameter LED dome in a 65,000 total square feet facility.
January 12, 2023—Cosm, previously a lead investor in the computer vision SaaS firm C360, has just acquired the company outright to complement its own immersive and experiential technology. Pittsburgh-based C360 is the developer of PylonCam, an innovative video angle deployed during NFL and college broadcasts on ESPN, Fox Sports, NBC and CBS. The acquisition is expected to enhance Cosm’s D2C and VR offerings, which gained notoriety at the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing.
January 5, 2023—The Fort Worth Museum of Science and History Omni Theater will reopen with a Cosm giant LED screen. The theater has been closed since March 2020. The $20.3 million project also includes an extensive renovation of the theater lobby. The museum hopes to begin construction in early 2023.
November 16, 2022—Cosm, a global tech company delivering immersive experiences for sports, entertainment, science, and education, is bringing its new immersive entertainment venue to Grandscape at The Colony in Texas. The Colony venue is designed by Dallas-based HKS. The three-level facility will be between 65,000 and 75,000 square feet, have a capacity of about 1,500 guests, and feature an 87-foot diameter LED screen. “We always knew Dallas-Fort Worth was going to house either our first or second location,” says Cosm CEO Jeb Terry. Cosm also is developing a new facility in Los Angeles.
August 19, 2022—Hollywood Park, the largest urban mixed-use mega development under construction in the Western United States, announces a new signed tenant, Cosm, a global leader in experiential media and immersive technology, which will introduce its first public venue in Hollywood Park. The forthcoming location will be the first venue of its kind to bring entertainment to life by utilizing Cosm’s revolutionary domed and compound curved LED technology. Guests will be able to directly experience immersive content through the company’s proprietary, best-in-class technology that seamlessly bridges the gap between virtual and physical realities.

February 9, 2022—GSCA and the GSCA Innovations Committee invite you to
experience Evans & Sutherland’s domed LED system at the Cosm
Experience Center in Salt Lake City on March 10, following the GSCA Film
Expo in Los Angeles on March 8-9. The GSCA Film Expo is the world’s
first industry conference to unveil this groundbreaking technology.

July 23, 2021—Cosm, a global experiential media and
immersive technology company, celebrates the grand opening of the
420,000-square foot Shanghai Astronomy Museum. The expertise of Cosm
companies Evans & Sutherland (E&S) and Spitz, Inc. is showcased inside the museum’s world-class planetarium and an adjacent exhibit. Two NanoSeam domes and Digistar 7 bring immersive experiences to life for visitors inside the world's largest museum dedicated to astronomy.
