February 24, 2017—IMAX Corporation has reported fourth-quarter revenue of $106.9 million. The report also included that IMAX installed 166 new IMAX® theatres during 2016, up 22% vs. prior year, bringing the IMAX theatre network count to 1,215 screens across 75 countries; signed agreements for record 319 IMAX theatre systems during 2016, up from 138 signings in 2015; ended year with 498 theatres in backlog, up 34% vs. prior year; and opened flagship IMAX Virtual Reality Centre in Los Angeles in January of 2017, with an additional five pilot centres signed and scheduled to be open in coming months.

August 3, 2016—IMAX has reported second quarter 2016 financial results, with highlights including
robust Q2 2016 signings of 95 IMAX® theatre systems, up 217% year-over-year; increased 2016 installation guidance to 155 theatres, up from original 2016 guidance of 115 to 120 theatres, underscoring strong worldwide demand for IMAX theatres; and record backlog of 442 systems represents 40% growth to existing network of 1,102 theatres.

The Company also reported a first quarter global per screen average of $202,900.
