Registration Policies
🎟️ Guest Pass Policy – GSCA Conference
The Guest Pass is designed specifically for non-industry guests (such as spouses or partners) who are accompanying a registered attendee. It includes access to social functions only and does not grant access to the core conference content.
✅ What the Guest Pass Includes:
- Admission to social functions such as:
- Welcome Reception
- Evening Networking Events
- Receptions/Dinners open to all attendees
❌ What the Guest Pass Does Not Include:
- No access to:
- Film screenings
- Professional development sessions
- Workshops
- Business meetings
- Conference keynotes or panels
Recording and Media Policies
GSCA sessions may be recorded. Audience members are advised that attendance at these sessions gives GSCA their implicit permission to be recorded. Private video or audio recording during film presentations or professional development sessions is prohibited without prior authorization from GSCA. Industry press has access to all sessions and events. GSCA will not be held responsible for any delegate commentary made in the presence of press/media.
Photography
Photos of attendees will be taken throughout the event. These photos may be used in any manner or media, including but not limited to the GSCA website, publications, advertisements, and social media outlets. If you would prefer that your photo not be used for these purposes, please contact Tammy Barrett at info@giantscreencinema.com.
