GSCA 2026 – Join Us May 19-21 in Los Angeles!
We’re pleased to announce that the GSCA 2026 International Conference will take place Wednesday–Friday, May 19-21, at CityWalk in Los Angeles, hosted at the Hilton Universal Hotel and AMC IMAX Theater!
The GSCA Board finalized this plan after extensive listening sessions and feedback from members. The May timeframe offers optimal affordability, travel flexibility, and alignment with both theater schedules and production timelines. Our expectation is that this one major event will be a powerful, inclusive gathering for the entire GSCA community.
Important Note:
This is a one-time scheduling and location decision for 2026 — it does not indicate a permanent shift to May or Los Angeles for future events, and it certainly does not signal the end of dome content. We’re making the most strategic choice for this transition year to support success, inclusivity, and flexibility. These dates also help us avoid an 18-month gap between conferences as we move to a single annual event format.
