Synopsis On July 1st 1946, the fleet of ships gathered in Bikini was the equivalent to the 6th largest navy in the world. 42,000 service members and civilian experts were brought to the island to test the detects of atomic bombs on a navy fleet. The tests were named Operation Crossroads. The 167 Bikinians living on the islands were removed, with the promise they could return. They did not know Bikini would become the first and most enduring radioactive fallout zone in the world, or that they would never see their home again. To ensure the devastation of nuclear testing is not forgotten, a team of technical divers and filmmakers embark on an expedition to Bikini. Using cutting-edge 3D camera technology and photogrammetry, their mission is to record the Biki Glost Fleet, an armada of sunken warships buried at sea by the Operation Crossroads tests and the surrounding environment in Bikini Atoll today.
