GSCA to Collaborate with CineMetrics™
The Giant Screen Cinema Association (GSCA) is collaborating with CineMetrics™, a data and reporting platform built for giant screen, dome, and immersive theaters, as well as producers and distributors, to advance industry data and insights.
This strategic relationship supports GSCA’s mission to strengthen and grow the giant screen community by:
- encouraging consistent, standardized attendance and box office reporting across participating member theaters;
- providing real-time data tools that help theaters, producers, and distributors understand performance and trends; and
- enabling aggregated, anonymized industry benchmarks that can be used for advocacy, research, and long-term strategic planning.
As part of this relationship, all GSCA members receive a 10% discount on CineMetrics subscriptions, making it easier and more affordable to adopt modern tools that support data-driven programming, fundraising, and business decisions.
Individual venue data remains owned by each participating organization. CineMetrics and GSCA are committed to using only aggregated and anonymized information for any industry-level analysis or reporting, while protecting the confidentiality of member organizations.
