March 29, 2021—Our sincerest condolences to the family, friends, and
colleagues of filmmaker and IMAX pioneer Phyllis Ferguson, who passed
away on March 12. Phyllis was the beloved wife and creative partner of
IMAX co-founder Graeme Ferguson. Graeme, Phyllis and Toni Myers led the
IMAX Space Team in its pioneering achievement in chronicling the space
shuttle era. Her IMAX credits include Hail Columbia!, The Dream is Alive, Blue Planet and Destiny in Space.
