Created for the opening of the British Film Institute’s IMAX Cinema, this short features John Cleese directed by Monty Python colleague Terry Jones. The film gives a humorous explanation of the giant screen technology. Cleese uses his physical comedic skills to demonstrate the virtues of the format: walking around and then following off the top of the screen; detonating a bomb to show the power of the sound system, thereby blowing himself into space and past a surprised space station.
