Horse Power officially opened last week at the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History to an engaged and enthusiastic audience, marking a memorable evening of storytelling, connection, and community.
Guests were welcomed into the experience with thoughtful details that set the tone for the night, including miniature therapy horses on site and custom Horse Power branded bandanas for all attendees. The atmosphere was warm, joyful, and deeply aligned with the spirit of the film.
FWMSH president, Regina Faden introduced the film, alongside, Horse Power Producer Shuyun Sun who shared insight into the inspiration behind the film.
Following the screening, Clayson Benally, the horse listener featured in Horse Power participated in a Q&A, offering personal reflections and deeper context that enriched the viewing experience. Clayson was joined by his mother Berta, and his 10 year old daughter Zonnie – their family presence added a meaningful layer to the evening.
Horse Power is accompanied by an engaging educational package developed by SK Films in partnership with American Wild Horse Conservation, as well as an extensive marketing campaign. Clayson is available to attend and support Theater Openings, as a wonderful representative of the film.
