August 28, 2023—Composer Bruce Zimmerman announces the release of the original music soundtracks he composed for two IMAX films, the award-winning cave-diving adventure Ancient Caves, narrated by Bryan Cranston, and Astronaut: Ocean to Orbit, a look at NASA astronauts training for space underwater.

The orchestral cues for the soundtracks were recorded by The City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra. The soundtracks are available on most music streaming services.

Both films were produced by Oceanic Research Group (ORG), directed by Jonathan Bird, and distributed by MacGillivray Freeman Films. The composer extends his thanks for the opportunity to work on these amazing films. Zimmerman has also worked with ORG and Jonathan Bird for over 15 years composing music for the Public Television and internationally distributed TV series Jonathan Bird’s BlueWorld.

Bruce Zimmerman is the composer and owner of Sound Productions, a film scoring project studio located in Windsor, Connecticut. Bruce is also the sole composer of the ZimMusic Library, a production music library that can be accessed on his website.
