Judge Rules for IMAX in $376K Lawsuit Against The Whitaker Center

January 13, 2016—A federal judge has ruled in favor of IMAX Corp. in its $376,000 breach of contract lawsuit against the Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts. The decision U.S. Middle District Senior Judge Sylvia H. Rambo issued this week puts the downtown Harrisburg facility on the hook for defaulting on a multi-year lease for its former IMAX movie projection system. Putnam Museum Previews New Giant Screen Global Soundscapes Project from Foxfire Interactive, Masters Digital, and Purdue University
