Reservations at the Hilton Universal City must be booked before February 25 to qualify for the GSCA event rate; however, the event rate is subject to room availability, so we recommend you make your reservation as soon as possible.

Travel Tips
The Burbank Airport (BUR) is much closer to the Film Expo venues than LAX, meaning a shorter and less expensive ride from the airport to the Universal Hilton.
Also, the Academy Awards, better known as the Oscars, take place in Los Angeles on March 10, so book your flight and hotel reservations as soon as possible.
