Student Pass

Student Status Eligibility: To qualify as a student, individuals must be actively enrolled in at least two courses. Proof of current enrollment should include both a course schedule and a receipt for the payment of these courses for the current semester. Ensure these documents are at hand when you register to verify your student status.

Guest/Spouse Pass

This pass is designed exclusively for personal guests, not colleagues or co-workers. It grants access to our awards ceremony and social events. Please note that this pass does not include entry to film screenings or professional development sessions, preserving the exclusivity of these offerings for our professional delegates. Invite someone special to join the festivities and make your conference experience unforgettable.

Attention Journalists: Apply for Your Complimentary Press Pass

Our press passes are available to journalists from established media outlets. To apply, please provide:

·      Evidence of your journalistic work, either through a recent bylined article in a relevant publication, website, or blog, and where you plan to submit your coverage of our event, OR confirmation of an assignment to cover our event with your editor’s contact details included.

·      Information on the reach of the media platform where your work will appear (like circulation numbers, web traffic statistics, or audience size).

·      The expected publication date of your event coverage.

After the event, we kindly request that you share your blog post, article, or event recap with Tammy Barrett at tammy@giantscreencinema.com.

We're excited to offer this opportunity to members of the press who provide valuable event coverage. Your application will be carefully reviewed for approval. Share your stories with an engaged audience and become an integral part of our event's success.

Notice on Recording and Media Presence at GSCA Sessions

By participating in GSCA sessions, attendees provide tacit consent to be recorded as part of the event's audience. We remind all attendees that private recording—video or audio—during film showings or professional development sessions is not permitted without express permission from the GSCA. Accredited industry press will be granted access to all sessions and events. Please be aware that GSCA is not liable for any comments or statements made by delegates in situations where press and media are present.

Notice on Photography at GSCA Events

Throughout our event, we'll be capturing moments and snapping photos of attendees to document the vibrancy and engagement of our community. These photographs might feature in various channels, such as the GSCA website, our publications, promotional materials, and social media platforms. If you would prefer to opt out and not have your image used in these ways, we respect your privacy. Please reach out to Tammy Barrett at tammy@giantscreencinema.com with your request.
